Congrats! X5's are bad-ass. I sold Beemers in '06-'07 and loved them. I really love how wide the tires are on the current models and how much better the stance is with those steam rollers! Saw my favorite 3 series yesterday, a 335i, not a common sight round these parts. Short of an M3, it's the one I'd most like to see in my driveway.

Just picked this racing tailpiece up for a few bucks. Im 99% sure its for an Aprilia RS250.
Im wanting to start building a track bike with a small displacemnt two-stroke. (80cc / 125cc / 200cc / maybe even 250cc).
Thes 125 KTM Rookie Cup bikes are the inspiration for the build.
It wont be as high tech obvioulsy or well spec'd, more like mid 90's tech.
Just a little thrasher for the track.

We've got Bob's, Chops, Dirt Trackers. Surely Race Bikes deserve a little love here.
Sure, DOTHETON is primarily about Cafes's, and cafes can be considered "race" but another sub would be cool.

Due to arrive monday...
Nikon D200 with an authentic grip... got it for a steal... 360 bucks SHIPPED. I see them go for around 550-600 dollars on craigslist; holding out and searching alll of the craigslist ads in the US pays off. I essentially sold my d70 with a cheap lens to fund the purchase of this directly. should be awesome for shooting some nice bike pics!
once it comes in ill snap pics of the two boxes of paint that arrived yesterday

Yeah it looks like it is in pretty decent shape too, I will have to get pictures of my buddies 240, it is a work in progress, but looking better and better.

Thanks guys, he wanted 1800 for it so I asked if he would trade and he did! It runs damn near perfectly, has nice get up and go, and all original interior. I have always LOVED the Z cars and I didn't think one of them would be my first car. Clean title, registered to him last year, he did an emissions test last week and passed with flying colors, everything works, I will be posting progress pics up along with my my bike,
