Big Rich - it's an oil pump; I probably wouldn't have proceeded with the DT400 if I couldn't find a pump for it.

I've run bikes on pre-mix previously but I don't want to go there anymore!

Uni makes a pod filter just for the cb550 that I have one my 550 and they clear the frame.

Check out UNI's website - they have a full listing of their pod filters with dimensions. Just measure your carb air intakes and the amount of clearance you have to the frame rails and pick a filter to fit.

Im not sure off hand but need to do lil work under the tank this weekend if you dont find what you need ill get the spaceing for you . I did try to see if they would fit on my XS500 but was a no go !

From research the head style suggests it's a '62 or '63, but could have just been upgraded because the three available heads were interchangable. Could be as early as '56. Its a K750.
