Post a pic of your latest purchase

CR80 isn't so bad. Still kinda torquey at the right RPMs, though. Fast way to learn clutch and throttle control.

if its tuned well it'll be a rocket hahaha... they can sometimes be harder to learn on just because they are so small...

Got this last weekend. Road trips to pick up bikes are almost as addicting as the bikes themselves.

I have never ridden a dirt bike before, so i picked this little guy up. I'll also use it to teach my GF how to ride.

Moto Carrera Laguna seca seat and front fender, and BMW SR1000 rearsets, and master cylinder. All for $100 ;D

This isn't a purchase, exactly, but picked up the hub, bearing spacer and speedo drive for the CB77 front brake, that will be going on my XS650 cafe racer, from the machine shop last week. That's a 17mm Yamaha axle fitting where only a 15mm axle fit before. 8)
Just for shits and giggles, here it is hanging on the bike. Lotsa sanding/polishing in my future now.

Nice score E. And Matt I have wanted a monster for ever but prices here for anything in ok shape are prohibitive for sure.

This reminds me of a line from Jonathan Lethem's "Gun, With Occasional Music", in which a character opens a cabinet to see if there are any bottles with booze left in them, and it's pointed out that only a man with a drinking problem isn't sure whether or not there's anything on the shelf. :)
