Remove the tool bag from the front forks. It blocks cooling air to the head and your Sportster will run hot.

Think I've got this front set-up pretty much good now. I may replace the key switch with something though.

My Beamer, nothing crazy. Thinking of getting rid of the steering damper rod and replacing with a nice stainless nut. I've also got a charging light hidden under the Acewell speedo mounted in the headlight bucket.

Emgo Clip-ons, Acewell Speedo wired into stock speed and tach sensors, San Jose BMW top clamp, Japanese hand controls (from an old dirt bike I think), new generic levers with inbuilt brake switch, doherty style twin-pull throttle painted black and some coke bottle grips.

(Don't ask about the sticker on the headlight bucket, was there when I bought it and I tried to peel it off and half the paint lifted to reveal rusty metal. Given all of the electrics are stored in there I really dont want to take it all apart just to respray just yet!)
