Just read an article about these. Its a standard MC helmet underneath with a molded shell over it. Personally I think they're ridiculous, but... To each their own I suppose.
Oh I'm not condoning the safety factor of these, they say its for experienced riders due to the limited veiw. I am only liking it from a nostalgic view point. Yes rolling up next to kids with the lasers on would be amusing haha! I don't think the cops could do anything to you if its a standard certified helmet. I mean its no different than the shells that HD guys get away with or the mohawks and other hair pieces that street bike guys have on their helmets. Granted if you are shinning the lasers at people driving that would be ticket worthy.
