Ok so my xs500 was getting really hard to start. I checked the usual stuff first, then did a compression check and also a leak down. the left cylinder was leaking 38%. Thinking it may be a bad valve, It was hamered to see if the readings will change, but nothing.....Pretty sure the head is cracked between the valves. Is there anything I can do now? Its going to be real hard to find a new head. What do you guys suggest doing?
