question about brake switch CB360

question for the experts. I am rebuilding a CB360 and have converted the front disc brake to a CB360 drum. I am using a universal drum brake cable perch from DCC. It does not have a place for the front brake switch on the perch. Is there any other way I can make it so the brake light goes on when I use the front drum brake?

Either get brake cable with inline switch or fit a micro switch to lever mount.
Most modern bikes have micro switch which ca be fitted/adapted

I have a cb360 with discs and I'm having such a hard time with te hfront brake caliper I may switch to a drum assembly. It's a small bike and I'm no racer so would this be a good thing to do? I bought a Nissan front brake master cylinder brake level that i think has teh micro switch on it you are mentioning. Is there anything else I should worry about?

It's an easy swap for the drum
Nothing special needed
Look on eBay for a drum brake cable - got
Mine for about $15

When you hook up the micro switch, post some pics.
I used the DDC perch and a brake cable with a built in switch on my CB360 drum conversion.

here is a standard perch with a micro switch I added to run a brake light with drum brake. Those old inline cable switches are junk and hard to find.

There are different micro switches available but that's the 'stock' switch for many bikes and is a lot neater

This is a normally closed pin from radio shack. It has a weird 7mmx1 or 7x0.75 thread that I actually had a tap for but know idea why.

Real cool, looks pretty stock.
Honda use 7x1 for chain adjuster bolts, repaired any chain adjusters? ;D
