Quick Question: brake/turn signals

Hello, below is a link to the brake/turns I want. My question is, would it be possible to wire them up for running/brake light, but also make them flash for indicators? Asking as obviously they only are meant for one or the other, thank you!

Their web site says you need one of these and that is presumably one per circuit.

I thought that was just to allow for a running light, and then when you hit the brakes full power to be sent allowing it to be brighter?

It's a bit tricky. Especially with LEDs as you can't play with the resistance so much.

Try this.

I would have thought that at the front connect the resistor lead to the running light circuit and indicator to the full power.

At the rear, use the low power (through resistor) for tail light and full power lead for indicators or brakes. If you want to use the same units to operate as indicators, brake lights and tail lights, that takes more than I can work out, but two functions is easy. For three functions I'd use a different light :) - or hook up a third power lead with different resistor in it to provide a third level of light output.
