Quick question

Picture? Not sure what you're referring to with that part name. Could you be talking about the breather ( where parts #7 & 8 connect in the following diagram)?

If so, some oil misting is normal, hence the stock tube. If it's pouring out of there you likely have a top end issue.

yes its 7 & 8. What kind of top end issues? I do have photo's but lousy internet here wont upload them sorry. If they are a must need i can go somewhere to upload them.

Gasket #5 missing or damaged is a common cause. Excessive blow by on the pistons is another. Do a compression check on the engine for a better idea of what's happening.

The local shop I had working on it Southern Suede, did a compression test and said i was good so I'm guessing it must be the gasket. I will most likely get a complete gasket kit for the entire engine because the left crankcase has started leaking also. Would you happen to know how much oil to blow out is normal, I just took it for about a two mile ride and there was around a teaspoon amount that it lost.

Normal? Little-to-none. It's common to get a bit of water vapor when the engine is warming up, but after that, nothing.
