And yet you found them both anyway ::)
And Clem wasn't mistaken. He posted before I did. The Time/Date stamp on each post is another useful benefit to the community ;)

Sorry Clem. I didn't see yours when I posted mine, otherwise I'd have replied here :D

No problem dude. I didn't do a search, just skimmed the first couple of pages of the ebay selling section then the same for LADC. I figured that the posts on those pages were older than the ebay listing so I rolled with it. I would take a RD in a basket right now if I could find one!

I saw this on another forum. To me its uniqueness lies in the fact that its a 33 yer old Yamaha still in its crate. Remove it from the crate and it becomes just another 33 year old Yamaha.

Not if it's never ridden. I'm not sure who won it, but I wouldn't count out of museum of some sort, that intends to display it the way it sits.

Just because it is in a box doesn't mean it isn't a rusted and rat infested hunk of scrap metal. Something is fishy here. He states that the uncovered pics will be sent to the winner. I for one would never buy anything without seeing it. The box looks like its in decent shape, but that doesn't give you a great idea of what's in side it. Who knows where it was stored and under what kind of conditions.
