rd125 build up, mini twostroke smoke

We use that same type of design on several of our race bikes and there is no way to get a chin in there that i know of.. :)

got the right side pipe finished finally, both baffles packed, and made the carbon fiber mud guard mounted it today..

This is my favourite cafe build on DTT of late. Gonna a be a shame when it's done!
So takes me back to my RD200 days.

thanks!, i am going to be a little sad when it is done also, i am almost there and this thing has become quite a part of me over the past few months.. i do how ever have a moto guzzi t5 850, cb350, derbi gpr, and a honda camino all waiting in the cue after this

i made some new badges to put where the old "yamaha" ones would go, i like the original badges but they are too expensive if you want a nice replacement set

Looks yummy. How long I wonder before someone says that they remember Costello and either they had one or know someone who had one back in the day. :)

I wasn't sure about that tank when I first saw what you were doing but the whole bike has turned out excellent.

i ask my self the same thing with a lot of the stuff that i have built, there are quite a few of my hand built steel bicycle frames out there and a bunch of motorcycles/ vespa's that i have modified or tuned for people that are floating around with my name on them. hopefully it just wont be how it broke in half or exploded :D... i was a little weary abou the tank when i first started the project also but am pretty happy with how it came out now...

Very nice build, boobby. Bummed I didn't find it sooner!
