RD400 Clip Ons... 34mm correct?

Looking for Clip ons, is it correct to be looking for 34mm ones?

If so, these should be right?

Only the later types with the floating caliper are 35mm. The rest are 34mm. Those clip ons would work and aren't half bad for 60 bones.
