Rear Hoop

I'm in need of ideas on how to bend the rear hoop for my CB500T. I can't seem to find a tube bender that will bend the tube to the proper dimensions. The tube is 1"OD and I need 6.140" between the rails. I thought of making a fixture but there must be an easier way. Any Ideas would help.

Find a pipe thats 6.140' OD and bend the pipe around it.
Bollards at carparks and stuff would be close.
You can cold bend an arc that big no problems.

Or any exhaust place will do it no probs........for a price.

I don't know if this will work for your bike, but I just cut up the stock rear fender brace and used that. The tube OD was a little off but I just filled it with weld to blend it in.
