Hello All,
I've got my bike more or less all put back together after a complete stripdown and cleaning/repainting. I'm getting ready to put the tank and carbs back on but after taking the carbs apart, it looks like they need to be rejetted as the O-rings are almost non-existent. The main thing that I am confused on is that with the CL350, the exploded view of the carb lists the jet as one piece and then also the brass bits that are called the needle jet set as another part? Basically I am wondering if when I rejet (as I understand it, changing the primary main jet (70) and the main jet (115)) if I will need to replace the needle jets too (numbered 11, 5 and with no number on the link below). This is my first time working with carburetors, and I read the sticky on the basics, so I understand how they work, just not which parts need to be replaced when rejetting. Thanks in advance, I can't wait to get her on the road!
