So I'd been working out OK with the stock battery ground strap on my project CB350 for the last couple months, but the thing is 40 years old, looking a bit crusty, and frankly its a bit too short (and too stiff to easily route). So I was thinking i'd source a new one.
I think this thing is like 4 gauge. Which would've been appropriate for a electric start, but since I've deleted that, I don't think there is a need for a 4 gauge wire anymore. Would I be ok going down to 6 gauge?
Hopefully some of u may have more experience w/ this than i do. Thanks!
