Rectifier combo for my cj360

Hi
I've bought a rectifier combo from common-motor but i have some issues. I like to hear your input i've spliced the yellow and White from the alternator so i have those two and a red directly from battery and the pink from alternator, at first i løft the yellow that went up to the handelbar but that had constant power on so that is illiminated but there are still constant power on the yellow/White and the combo drains the battery, i also has 40v ac at the battery.
I Think there must be something Wrong with the battery?

The white and yellow were connected already under the tank.

The three wire R/R has three connectors plus the housing must be well grounded.

The center wire goes to the red wire to the battery.

The two outer connectors are for AC, ope side gets the pink wire, the other side gets the yellow wire (not sure what you dd with the stock wiring. The yellow and white can be connected together and connected to one of the side connectors.

The body must be one on a good ground. I suggest using a ground wire from the mounting bolt to a green wire in the harness also.

Should look like this (or close) when done:

Exactly like that the White and yellow goes directly from alternator to left terminal and the red directly from battery to center terminal and pink from alternator to right terminal. And a Ground directly to battery - And no other wires are connected to that.
But when i meassure at the yellow White terminal i have constant power, is that right?
And i also have AC current at the battery when the bike is started

Then the r/r is bad. Ac will kill the battery quick.do yourself a favor. Go to www.sparckmoto.com and get his r/r combo. That is what I am using....much better unit.

Hmm damn!!
I've wrote Brendan a couple of times and now i get a automated answer that they have some kind of
Flooding in Houston i Would really like him try to solve the problem because his been really good to me

Brendan is good people, he will do right by you, but I suspect the flooding has him unable to do anything right now....
