Remove Thrust Bushings 1981 Honda CB750c

I am trying to remove the swing arm bearings on my 81 750c. Before I can get to them I need to remove the thrust bushings. It is not obvious to me how to get them out and needless to say I don't want to mess them up. What the best way to accomplish that task?

I would appreciate your help! Thanks.

On the 360's I think I used a piece of threaded rod and beat 'em out the opposite side by catching the inside lip. On the two 750's I've done, I had to split the bushings with a dremel and pried them out with a flathead.

Give it a good clean up and you can see the edge of the thrust washer and the swingarm give it a tap with a drift at 45 degress to the joint and it should pop off its only inside the swingarm a couple of mm. Or if your using an internal bearing puller on the needle roller bearing it will come out with bearing
