Removing Damper Bushings CB450

Hey folks. Does anybody know how I can remove the damper bushings of a rear wheel for a CB450? Doesn't seem like I can press them out, and I really need to get them out because they're holding everything else up from getting powder coated.

I have had several powdered with the bushings still in. Never affects them. The temps aren't hot enough to fudge with the bushings.

Do all coaters usually use the same oven temp? If not, do you know what was the temp you baked yours at? And could the same be said for the rear swing arm bushings? (the one the shocks mount to).
