Replacing throttle cable on a CB360?

I need to replace the push throttle cable on my CB360t. Is there a way to do so with the bike intacked or do I have to remove the carbs? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

Is that the top cable?
If it is... This is how I disconnected it
1. remove seat
2. remove airboxes and battery
3. twist throttle fully open with right hand / with left hand(through battery box) hold the linkage open
4. with right hand detach the cable from linkage
5. release linkage and loosen the 10mm nut(cable to carb bracket)
6. the easy part (disconnecting from controls)

Hope this helps

I would just remove it and run the 'open' cable only (Oh, I already do that ;D )
No need to remove air boxes or carbs remove 3 screws on handlebar switch, 10mm open end to remove locknut at carb end, needle nose pliers to remove carb end, don't break throttle barrel at handlebar end.
Re-fit opening cable nipple into closing cable hole at carb end of cable.
BTW, remove fuel lines from carbs if you need to remove carbs from engine, make things easier, no need to ever remove battery box, remove carbs to right side of engine with cables still attached, loosen locknuts first though as it's easier when carbs are held by manifolds
