Reputable enging builders in North Carolina?

Hey all, just wondering if anyone knew of any reputable engine builders in North Carolina... preferably the Raleigh area, but I am not above driving across the state. I have a 78 GS750. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What all are you looking to have done?

If you're looking for a full on drag motor, that's one kind of expertise, as opposed to a mild refresh which several folks could handle.
