I finally got a brake light and a mirror on my scoot... Took it for a little ride today since it's 65 and sunny out. Snapped a couple pics as well.

It's flat black for now but I'm thinkin white and black soon. Maybe a racing stripe.

tell me what you think!

I think it's great - looks like you could use old-school braking techniques - draggin' your toes!

haha yeah, flipped bars in the last pic, as well as the worst solo seat ever made. about 20 bucks and a little elbow grease is all it took to get from there to how she sits now.

it's nowhere near as nice as 90% of the bikes on here, but it's what I've got to work with until I'm done with school and have more money to play with. Someday I want to get a 350 or 500 twin to build up for real.

It's coming along nicely. Some mods you could do on the super cheap would be some fork gators, and a seat pad. I love your mirror. Some elbow grease and maybe accent paint on the motor would be sick too. Do you have the front fender for it? If so you could drill the brace loose from it and throw it on the fork lowers to stiffen up the front end.
As for the front brake thing... well let's just say I'm waiting on braided brake lines to come in for my 750... I wonder what it'll feel like to stop my bike quickly ???
I'm looking forward to finding out!

Haha. I didn't notice the front brake missing, but was wondering about adding a brace or part of the front fender to stiffen up the front end a little as well. :D
I had a CB125S some years back, and blasted all over the GTA on that thing. 8)

i finally got it to work at WOT, and man it sure is fun to wind it out. clutch even slips when i power shift lol

now it runs like piss at partial throttle haha, fix one problem and another comes along
