I had to make some repairs to the paint on my gas tank over the winter so while I was at it I made a couple more mods. Here is the bike after my first resto that i finished last spring:
thanks Tim, all my projects somehow end up looking stock enough to bring back memories yet I like to modify stuff just to make it different. I love the Norman Hyde bars the angle back makes them so much more comfortable- the problem with the clubmans was not the low position as you might think but the backwards bend it put on my wrists.Tim said:When a customized bike looks like it could have rolled out of the factory you know you've nailed it. Nice scoot. How do you like the Norman Hyde bars? I'm using them on my SR500 project but haven't ridden with them yet.
