So this time instead of fiberglass I decided to go with home found materials. so I found a stainless steel mixing bowl and a brown sheet metal door from an army cabinet that belonged to my dad. So first off i started de-tabbing, then i removed the hoop and shortened it about an inch then I used some of that stuff you put under hardwood floors as a template and once that was good i prayed around it to stencil it with spray paint. I then used a grinder and sheer scissors or whatever there called to cut it out. I then proceeded to weld the sheet metal straight to the frame (its so thin it wont be a problem grinding off in the future). I then cut the bowl and shaped up the smaller piece for a front hump on the seat. After that I cut a piece out of the brown metal to fill in the bowl for the bumstop. With everything welded together it looked decent but now... how to upholster it....
