Its best if it has a title from the original bike before getting modified. And usually best to certify it before modifying it.
If you have the title for the original bike, all you need to do is get turn signals, lights brakes tail light etc. and go to a mechanic that can certify it without charging you a million dollars

Thanks, unfortunatly I made changes before getting the bike certified. I was hoping to avoid wiring the turn signals and installing a front fender and all the BS that goes along with a safety.
