Saw a great cafe on hwy 161 in Rock Hill SC, who was it?!

Guy was on what looked like a black cafe'd Ninja riding down Celanese road in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Dude had the goggles, bandanna, black jacket the whole nine. Odd thing about the guy that should make him easy to track down is he had suuuuuper long dreads. Anyone know who this cat is?
