Seized bottom end - what now?

Forever ago I took the top end off this KZ400 motor, and for whatever reason, drained the oil. It sat like that, covered, in my dry basement, for years. Hauled it out last night to see what's up and the bottom end is seized. I guess I don't mind taking it apart, but is it even worth it? What would I likely have to replace?

personally i would fill the bottom end up with a mix of atf and a can of pb blaster and some kerosene

let it sit for 48 hours then give the pistons a light tap

and try turning it

if it does not go leave it sit a wahile longer and try again
