Selling the projects to pay for a move. 74 cb750 and 78 gs1000e

Gs needs to be gone by the end of the month.. Rear stand and ugly jacket included. Someone buy this thing!

Thanks man. I Wish you had the money too. Haha.

Someone make an offer? Apparently $500 is too much to ask. I will deliver within reason for some gas money...

You...
are...
KILLIN ME!

I am smack dab in the middle of my own GS build and don't have the spare funds to "help you out" at the moment. When are you going to be in Lima? Maybe I can pull a rabitt out of a hat if it is not too soon. I went to school there back in the day and know it's not too far down 30 from here.
Also, I saw you referenced theGSResources. Are you a member and have the bike posted there? If not, I could link to this if you want.

Gavin, Sorry man I sold everything cb the other day.. For nothing.. I wish you would have asked earlier, I would have gladly snagged a fender out of the pile to help someone out.

Hoosier, hahaha sorry man. I'm not going to be in Lima until early to middle of may. It's looking like I'm going to have another month or the storage unit.. I had to cancel a couple trips because I finally found my sister a civic for her first car. If it's still sitting here I will gladly bring it down. I have to run a good bit of 30 to get to Lima ( I'm coming from ne Ohio) and thank god I don't have to run down the old Lincoln highway.. Haha. I was a member of gsresources, but I dont think I ever posted enough to put up a sale post. If you would reference it for me I would greatly appreciate it.
As an aside, where did you go to school? Northwestern?

Yep... Northwestern Tech back in '81-82. PM me contact info to add if you like this short write up, I will post it on theGSResources for ya.

78 suzuki GS 1000E project:
$500 Clean title. A runner when project started, the bike currently doesn't run because I don't have the ignition switch or starter button hooked up. '03 Katana front end, stock rear swinger. Comes with a gsxr swinger / caliper, and a stator to replace the bad one plus some other odds and ends. Rear frame and seat pan cut to get the tail cowl to sit up where I wanted it, cleared out the triangle buy mounting all electrics to under or back side of the seat pan, rebuilt the carbs and bought new boots, bought a stainless bolt kit to replace all the junk and get the bolts that were missing, removed center stand and all unneeded brackets / tabs, brazed the rust holes in the tank and sealed it.
Currently located in Boardman, Ohio 44512. I would be willing to meet up or deliver within a reasonable distance for some gas money... email me at slinds9@hotmail.com
