Take the time to read their build threads, which are listed as part of the nomination process, all the info is there........actually as a previous nominee I find that question slightly insulting........or perhaps you are just trolling!?

I had no intention for the question to be insulting...and I'm not trolling. I am a member who checks in from time to time to view updates on my brother's builds (from across the country) that he posts here. Perhaps I should have spent the time reading through the build threads, been more specific in my question, or just not have asked it at all. My fault there. That being said, I understand the concept of this site/forum. I know that the bikes were assembled by their owners. By built, I was curious about frame/tank/suspension modifications that could have been created/modified by the owner/builder as opposed to kits...as all the entries look very clean. Turns out it was a dumb question entirely. No harm intended; big foul committed. OOPS. Next time I'll just vote.

Congratulations to everyone for all the fine builds this month. All deserving the praise they've received and then some. Its a hug honor to even be nominated so job well done and pat yourselves on the back. I want to personally thank everyone that took time to vote. A special thanks for those who voted for Willow. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You!

Lost track of time! Congrats Troy on the well deserved BOTM honor. To be sure, all nominees this month were worthy and it was a big field to choose from, but Willow appears to have won the hearts and votes of our crew this month. We're a fickle bunch though, so on Oct 1 we'll see who has won our hearts again.

Will be working on a banner - if you have some fave shots of Willow you want me to use or any ideas, PM me!

Congrats Troy! Is this the second or third win with the same bike? Well not that it looks anything like it did the last time it won ;D I still wish you got to keep each version on the way to Willow as they were all nice bikes, but "Willow" really is the best of the lot!

Cheers

Again Troy! Damn, we're gonna have to retire that bike! Congrats on another awesome build.....

Agreed- that is a list of great bikes (wtf is a Tempter anyway? :D ). Congrats to everybody that got nominated!

And kudos to you Troy. You put an awful lot of blood and sweat into your bike. You've earned the honor of BOTM.

I nominated Troys bike for the simple reason that it is beautifully built. I wish I was able to build a bike to that level. What Troy has has done, is to lift the build of an humble old Honda twin to a new level.

The bar has been raised.................!
Hear, hear!

The quality of the builds on this site are simply amazing. To have the honor of gracing the top of the page for a month is overwhelming. The first was truly special but the second is beyond my wildest dreams! I really, really am humbled and honored beyond words.
A special thank you goes out to every person that voted for Willow. I'd like to say, from the bottom of my heart and within the depth of my sole, a thank you to my brothers for the support and help. You know who you all are.
I would also like to thankrevheadgl for the nomination. A special thank you to Tim, the man behind the curtain. Without Dtt life just wouldn't be the same.
All I can say is a sincere, complete, and humbled, thank you to everyone.

I've been badly tied up with work - will do the banner this weekend - apologies for the delay!

That's cool Tim. I'm sure there's plenty of us that would like to see this bike all through october too ::)
