what is the easiest way to determine shipping? i.e,if i have parts for sale and someone needs a quote to a certain zip,do i need to run to the post office each time,or is there a shipping calc to use or what? sorry if this is in wrong place, got parts to sell want to make sure i can give reliable shipping quotes...thanks

Assuming you have a scale to weigh things in ready-to-ship packing, you can calculate shipping costs on the UPS Web site or the Post Office Web site. Also, use USPS flat rate shipping any time you have something that will fit in one of their flat rate boxes. Go to the Post Office, and get a selection of the different sizes of flat rate Priority Mail boxes. They are free and they will even ship them to you. Flat rate Priority mail is the same price regardless of weight or distance to destination.
