Shorter Brake Line

So I asked a few weeks ago what some of you guys have done about excess throttle cable when switching from factory bars to clip ons or clubmans, and now I'm wondering about the front brake line. This is on a 75 cb550.

I'm only talking about the soft line that goes from behind the headlight to the master cylinder. I've switched to clip ons and now that line is about 4-5 inches too long. It's looped around and stuffed in there, but I can't imagine that's a good way to keep it. What have you guys done with yours? Is there somewhere that makes custom brake lines? Most places I've talked to won't touch brake lines, for whatever reason.

Btw, I ordered shorter length MotionPro cables for throttle/clutch. I've yet to get them but I'll let you guys know how they work out. Thanks.

I found a local hydraulic repair company. They typically make and repair lines for heavy machinery, but were more than willing to help with lines for my car and bike.

where are you from?

Ill second slingshot. Good guy and he does stainless cheaper than you can build it yourself. He also does stock style rubber if that's what you're into.

Oh wow, they even have options to select which bars you're running. Awesome, thanks guys. Just made that super easy.
