working ob cb360 wiring harness. didnt know if the condensor should have continuity. im assuming not. currently the coils and condensor are not hooked up to the actual harness, jsut checking them on the back of my tailgate. i checked coils and they have continuity, unsure ov the setting on my ohmeter to check resistance though. im an electric idiot.

A condenser will read like an open circuit, sort of.
When you first put an Ohmmeter across it, it will read low Ohms that will quickly climb it infinite Ohms. Reverse the polarity of the leads, and it will do it again. The condenser will store a bit of a charge. When the Ohmmeter is first connected, it will appear to conduct current until the charge builds up. That only takes a second or less. Reverse the polarity, and it has to build up the charge in the other polarity.
