They don't issue titles to anything older than 15 years.

That's a pretty big exclusion. Doesn't help me sell a bike here in Michigan.

Keep vermont plates (no need for title) or take them into YOUR STATES DMV for a title

My dads 81 kz1000 had no title. does now.
my bros cb350f had no title. does now.
'91 vespa from germany had no title, does now and is happily at a new home.

Really very simple guys and under 100$.
