Rebel With A Cause
I just bought a 1977 kawa kz200, told it ran fine before parked. Didnt know it was 4 years. Starts and runs with one kick, but every time the throttle is snapped, the bike bogs and wants to die. To much fuel? cleaned the carb and it looked good, and the revs stay up after throttle is used but the slide is not sticking. So... whats up?

Sounds like you need to clean carb properly and also check choke/enrichener isn't sticking

also make sure the throttle cable isn't binding on something. I had a hanging rev on my 450 a while back and kept taking the carbs apart until I finally just lubed the throttle cable which fixed the problem.
