Well, considering BMW made airheads between 1923 and 1995, it might be helpful to know what year as a start.
Generally a simplified wiring diagram isn't going to vary much between bikes but there are things to consider like what type of stator, the voltage, presence or absence of a regulator, etc...
The more you give, the more you get.
