a title has nothing to do with it except an extra few to the state. and sure you could spend $700 and harbor frieght and get a piece of shit. this traile may not look the best but it was built with better steal than the cheap crap from HF. also this trailer can be pulled easily with a small car. good luck with your HF trailer, fold it up.
