slapi's cb350f cafe project

not much going on due to waiting for some more things to come in. i got the carbs mounted up, the rest of the cables installed, ordered the por-15 gas tank kit to line the tank, ordered up a new chain. i found out that one of the studs for a head pipe was broken off in the head. lucky me the frame comes down pretty much in front of it, which will make it a tough one to drill and tap.. fun fun -lol

Great build! I had thought of doing my last frame silver but went with black... next one I wont give a second thought.
Keeping an eye on this one

fabbed up the battery box and some more of the wiring. just when i thought i was done with with...ggrrrrrrr
any ideas of what size positive cable i should use going to the starter? stock 8ga or 6ga? i have to go over the whole bike and torque the bolts. that is going to be a fun fun weekend ::) here are a few shots of the batt box.

time for me to pop my DTN cherry and throw in my 2c worth

not one to go against the flow but i reckon the tail light will look totally fine. cafes never traditionally had the light flush mounted and always had the plate up top so i don't think it's a biggie. yeah it won't be quite as clean as flush mounting it but hey it'll kinda say i'm a race bike with some bits thrown on me to get me street worthy

good looking project anyway mate, i always wanted one of these 350Fs!
