Dingo

peace and grease
so i found this pic i think it looks cool as hell, you get the both of two worlds the cafe look and the fighter power, so any way here it is

Looks like the best lookin SV i've seen... and I'm a big fan of SV's!!

Im actually not a fan of the SV, but I'd buy one cheap just to turn it into something like that!!..

....sigh......so pretty!

yeah.. not bad at all!!..
I love the vintage farrings on the bikes!!.. Makes it really stand out!!

I'm about 99% sure that blue SV is photoshopped... the reflections are just too perfect. If you look at the perspective on the front fairing, the far side next to the bar would indicate that the camera should be at a slightly skewed to the rear of the bike angle... but the rest of the bike is almost an exactly side profile. The front and rear wheels are different shades of silver... the front has a reddish cast to it. Besides, who in their right-mind would convert a modern sportbike to dual drum brakes? My professional opinion is that its a (fairly good) photoshop.

You are correct sir. Looks like the only original portion of the bike is the tank and frame, everything else was added on or even digitally fabricated such as the tail section. Not a bad mash-up nonetheless.

Both are photoshopped unfortunately, however.....

It does illustrate what could be done with a modern bike (ie; modern brakes, handling and power) to give it more personality.

I've got a 94 Yamaha FZR1000 that I picked up from a salvage yard. The chassis is straight, the motor is solid and sounds great with just under 6000 miles showing. It was a insurance total, appears to be all cosmetic. I believe I may be forced to build something like these 'chops from it. I had planned on building a fighter but I'm pretty enamored with this idea!

to bad theyre fakes, but they still look wicked, if your going to build one like those i wanna see a bunch of pics of the build

Yeah the wheels give it away on the one I posted.
But still, Looks entirely possible (the fairings)... and besides, the vintage full fairing would have looked out of place without the spokes. ;D

being a photoshop guy, i'm pretty sure the first bike is real, the second is clearly fake,

agggggggh photo shop bastards!!!!! :D ;D No matter what, I liked the way the bikes look. hopefully this will inspire someone here to do a real bike and post real pictures.

Yeah... the first one doesn't look 'shopped so much. I think the fairing might be carbon-fibre.... giving it a weird color that almost looks fake in the photo... but there isn't the clear give-aways that there are in the second image.

The black bike is real and the fairing is possibly real (not the paint) but they are photochopped together. The fairing has a headlight which is the giveaway.
