Holy crap! Very nice work. Very clean design. I like this one even better than your last one. I would have never thought to use silver for the frame on a bike with those colors. Somehow it works.

Thanks. I'm actually just getting around to putting on some finishing touches. I'll be updating the blog in the next few weeks on my progress and hopefully some finished shots of the bike all together. I've been really busy but the itch to ride is getting too much to bear so I'm trying to get it road worthy soon. I'll post some photos on here, too, when I make some substantial progress

This bike has BC license Plates, I'm almost certain I saw it for sale online somewhere. Maybe it was just a build thread. Can't remember where I saw it though.

Seems like the carb would be in the way of your knee in that position, but it sounds like it runs great!

I have been trying to find "Justin holts" build thread for his 79 cb400 and cant. I'm totally sweating his seat n was trying to replicate it. Can someone point me in the right direction!?!?

Picking up my ugly CM400T this Saturday. I have a brat CB550 I ride during summer but wanted this specifically for my dog. This is what it looks like for now even though I'm sure I'll be altering it somewhat since that happens with every vehicle. The color is horid.

I just picked up a rear replacement fender for my 79 CM400T. Do I need the inner rear fender as well? Does it really matter if it's not on the bike? Thanks in advance.

i've done a couple things like add the cafe seat via ghetto rigged mounts, clip on bars, air box delete, and harness tuck, heres more or less how she sits now, just with the tail painted and new tires:
