Soften suspension 76 cb750

Is it possible to soften my suspension? When I ride my wife's cb360 it's like a soft cloud compared to the stiff cb760. I weigh 150. Is it possible to adjust the stock suspension or do I have to get new springs and such? Thanks.

Is there a cam adjuster at the bottom of the shock?

I m not exactly sure what that is. Would that be on the front shock? There just doesn't seem to be much travel on the fork. I can rock it back and forth but it seems to want to stay low when I stop.
