*Solved* Need advice! Looking to buy a bike, but need a sound identified!!

I am looking at a 72 Triumph and it seems to have a whisping/hissing/whistling noise and I'm not sure what to think of it. He says its the exhaust...I have a deal worked out with him and wanted to see the bike running first so he made a video (I would be having it shipped).

NVM! Sorted it out, its the baffles in the exhaust. No worries, pulled the trigger on the bike...
