Someone take a look at my modded wiring diagram?

Almost done redoing my CL350 and I'm re-wiring it from scratch. It's been way too long since I've built a custom harness and I'd really appreciate someone looking over my harness. I took the stock CL350 diagram and modified it to:

-Headlight low beam always on with ignition (running an aftermarket switch with Hi/Lo switch)
-No front turn signals
-Ninja 250 combined regulator/rectifier

Suggestion: the pos and neg wires from the RR should bypass the harness and go directly to the battery terminals for optimal charging.

The white wire coming from your alternator is actually an input and so plugging into the extra yellow on your R/R won't do anything. Splice the white into one of the other yellows coming from the alternator and cap off the spare yellow on your R/R.
