My 70 cb350 spedo will either be at 0 when stopped or stay at 20 and the needle is shaky. The cable seems to be working because the odometer is still working. Any Ideas as to whats wrong? Do I need a new spedo or am I missing something? I plan on getting all new cables since the ones i have are all original, but is the spedo unit itself to blame?
