Sprockets/chain

need to purchase new chain and sprockets for my 81 750C. I believe they're 18T front and 43T rear stock correct? i havent counted them up yet.
does anyone recommend any sprockets and chains over ordering OEM?

also seems i RARELY take the bike over 65mph unless its a quick drive on the freeway to friends or what not, most driving is 40-55 in the city stop and go. should i stay with stock gear ratio?

Probably best to stay with stock gearing, unless of course you want to get to that 40-55 range quicker

Hi I have a 78 cb400t how should I step up my gears? Lower in the rear and bigger on the front?

Check ebay for package deals. Some e-tailers have packages with both sprockets and chain for around $100. I picked up a new sprocket/o-ring chain setup off ebay for $70. The sprockets were JT as well.
