SR250 issues

Hi all,

I'm having some problems with my SR. From time to time I get fluse blown for no apparent reason. It happens moslty when bike is coming to stop/braking. I have checked backlight for shorts of any kind...everythings looks clear. I still haven't tried disconecting brake switches to test that part tho.

Another thing is maybe not a problem but a question. If I disconect battery when motor is running is it normal that motor stops? Or it should continue to run without battery?

Voltage on battery when motor is running is around 13-14V.

help me out I'm a noob :D

cheers.

I did some measuring today and this is what I've found out. Resistance between two white wires coming from generator is higher than service manual say it should be. I'm measuring 1,1 ohm and manual is saying 0,39 is OK (+/-5%).
Pickup coil resistance is also a bit off.
I've measured both on connectors since I don't have flywheel removal tool to measure on solder points inside generator.
Also exact voltage on battery is 13,5 (service manual says 14,5 is standard) and I don't get any change in voltage when I add some throttle.

Should I replace charging coils? Bike is running normally so I suppose pickup coil and timing is OK?

Any thoughts? Suggestions?

cheers!
