sr250 paint job. need some opinions

[LC-sr250]

So my tank had some rust pits and I took it off and got it welded now
I'm gonna fix the big dent the girl before me put on the tank before I purchased it from her.

first I got most of the big dent out and now stripping most of the paint off the tank.
Colors I'm debating on is a candy red with lots of flakes, candy green with lots of flakes, or teal and silver two tone

I like the sound of teal. Naugahyde's zodiac collection might be a good source of inspiration. I've includer a pic of their cascade. I'm thinking about that for some lettering when I start my build next spring.

I think the teal/silver combo with either a white or black pinstripe. Are you going to paint it yourself or professional? Heavy flake is best left up to a pro with the proper gun IMHO. Sounds cool.
