I've ordered from this guy before...as have a lot of people on this board. His kits are cheap, fairly quick to arrive (1 week) and of good quality. My kit matched up 90% to my bike. I need to go out and buy a few more and I have a few extra from the kit. All in all, it's a good deal.
I just went yesterday to brafasco. They do have them, although they don't have everthing that you'd need. Each bolt is about $0.30-0.80 depending on what you need and they're not polished. The ebay guy sells polished (fairly) complete kits.
I'd suggest getting the kit and then supplementing the rest at Brafasco.
