Here the are and the quality looks amazing although the flange isn't right but with a bit of modifying it will work.

Hi Liam,

Quite interested in one of these myself, how much work do you reckon you'll have to do to get it to fit right?

Cheers,
Ricky

Unfortunately the header and flange are perfect and would fit if my bike hadn't been built by an idiot, the studs have been bent.

So the header would probably fit straight on then just a case of making a mounting bracket, but i haven't got round to that yet.

Fitted mine today - looks a good bit of kit and has gone that nice straw colour now having been out for a run . My straight through megga is a bit loud though so might have to do some repacking . Getting speedo readings of 65mph - went for the hard run in as couldn't be bothered waiting ....... ;)

And yes mine needed the slots in the flange brought inwards, with a few strokes of the file all was good .

Bojer, after reading an article that Crazy posted a couple of weeks ago I think that a hard run in is the way to go. I will be doing exactly the same next week when I get my Ace.

Well mine seems happy enough on it - once it has done 100 miles I'll swap the oil and check the valve clearances and it'll be ready to go :) You'll enjoy it when you get your hands on it !

... my 'break in' was riding it harrrrd along the Freeway after a few initial warm up laps around the block. I varied the speed up and down, of course, but generally loaded it up and maintained ~90kmh just to make sure the rings seated and sealed properly (just like in Crazy's link) ...
