Stainless Steel Hardware Grade?

Looking to replace about 90% of the hardware on the bike I found Acklands Grainger can get what im after but I have a question about bolt grades? All the hardware im looking at is available in A2 or A4 grade, just wanted some opinions on what should be used especially since some of these are holding my triple clamps together?!?! would kinda suck to hit a bump and loose the front end...

Here's a link to the hardware im looking at.

Stainless steel bolts come in Austenitic, Martensitic and Ferritic (google it!). A2 is most common and is corrosion resistant. A4 is acid resistant. Strength is dictated by the next number for example most common is A2-70 and A4-80. 70=700 N/mm2, 80=800 N/mm2 tensile strength. As long as you are replacing 8.8 or lower bolt you should be fine with A2. A4 is usually used for exhaust/marine components and is considerably more expensive. Biggest thing with stainless is to not over torque as they are more brittle than "standard" fasteners. Hope this helps.
