yeah, thats what it does. What wire did I cross, or where do I need to look?

I've got a cb360t, I'd start looking at the starter button in the handlebars. Sometimes after piecing the clamshells around the bar, I'd pinch a wire, actuating the button. From there try to chase the wires back to the starter and the battery. With the button only completing a circuit, maybe something is grounding out immediately.....shrug.....or it's just possessed.

Thats kind of what i was thinking too, because I installed clubmans on mine, and I wasnt very patient doing it. So im pretty sure its coming back to bite me.

OK yeah, I disconnected the starter switch wire and it resolved the problem.
