Starter solenoid location on a rigid 82 CB750?

Been working on the basic wiring for a few days and I'm not sure about the where it should go. Curious on what everybody has done for the starter solenoid? I have a rigid now with a TC Bros fake oil tank for the electronics. Can it go in with the other electronics as long as its properly insulated? Reg/rec is already mounted outside to keep it cool. Thanks in advance for the help.

Just fit it somewhere where the studs won't be in danger of touching anything.

I think I'll extend the wiring, insulate it and throw it into the e box with the rest. I'm trying to re wire it myself and learn what I can along the way. You should know if I cant make it work I'll be putting in an order for a harness, lol.
